Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry standard best practices - including TLS for our full stack, encrypted data at rest, and proper OAuth authentication using Clerk.

Do you store or process credit card information?

No! We partner with Stripe, an industry leading payment processor. Your payment data is provided directly to Stripe, and we do not process or store this data. Stripe securely processes your payment information.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export all of your account data, including all journaling and planning data, from your account settings page at any time. No active subscription required.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! Any monthly or annual subscription can be canceled at any time in your account settings. When canceling a subscription, you will have access to the app until your next billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for the current subscription period.Lifetime subscriptions are strictly non refundable, as they are given at a deep discount and used to bootstrap mobile app development and further application roadmap features.Ideal Day features a free 2-week or 15 day trial (whichever comes first), and this requires no credit card. Try out all of the app's features for free before committing to a subscription or lifetime account!
